Okul Öncesi Dönemde Ruh Sağlığı

In this study, it was aimed to present what pre-school mental health is, how it should be evaluated, the points to be taken into consideration in its evaluation and healthy and unhealthy emotions and behaviours according to the children's ages. And it was also aimed to provide help to the studies of teachers, psychological counsellors and psychologists at the definition and evaluation stages of pre-school mental health. Another aim of the study is to contribute to the prevention and protection of pre-school mental health, which is the basis of adult mental health, through providing information. The document review method was used in the study.

Bu çalışmada, okul öncesi dönemde ruhsal sağlığın ne olduğu, nasıl değerlendirileceği, okul öncesi dönem ruhsal sağlığı değerlendirirken bilinmesi gerekenler ve okul öncesi dönemdeki çocuklarda sağlıklı ve sağlıksız olduğu kabul edilen duygu ve davranışlar yaşlara göre ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu makale ile bu alanda çalışan öğretmenlere, psikolojik danışmanlara, psikologlara okul öncesi dönemde ruhsal sağlığı tanılama ve değerlendirme kolaylığı sağlamaya çalışılmıştır. Yetişkin ruh sağlığının temelini oluşturan okul öncesi dönem ruh sağlığına bilgi edindirme yoluyla koruyucu ve önleyici alanda katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma doküman incelemesi yoluyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
