Öz

Araştırmanın amacı Carmeli, Reiter-Palmon ve Ziv (2010) tarafından geliştirilen kapsayıcı liderlik ölçeğinin Türkçeye çeviri ve uyarlanması yapılarak Türkçe yazınına kazandırılmasıdır. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda KKTC’deki kamu kurum/kuruluşlarından 358 çalışana anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SSPS-24 ve AMOS- 18 programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, uyarlama ve çeviri çalışması yapılan kapsayıcı liderlik ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir.
