Positive organizational behavior, which reflects the concept of positive psychology introduced by Seligman in the early 2000s in management studies, has become an increasingly important field of application with the growing significance of concepts such as long-term success and sustainability in the business world. This study aims to examine positive organizational behavior studies conducted in Turkey over the last ten years using descriptive and content analysis methods and to investigate which variables have been emphasized, which methods have been used, and in conjunction with which variables these studies have been conducted. In the 1363 studies examined within the scope of the research, it was observed that employees and organizations were analyzed through 567 different variables, and 9 different data collection and analysis techniques were used in the examination of these variables. Furthermore, eight different codes were identified: organization, work, psychological perspective, employee, individual, leadership, culture, and negative behavior.
