Öz
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of authentic
leadership on the sense of community.
The study was carried out on 304 religious officials working in Kütahya. The
effect of the leader's authenticity in investigating religion officers as a
community with their colleagues was investigated. As a result of the fact that
the leader's self-awareness is high, it is concluded that the religious
officers are effective in forming community feeling.

Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, topluluk hissi üzerinde otantik liderliğin etkisini
belirlemektir. Çalışma Kütahya’da çalışmakta olan 304 din görevlisi üzerinde
yapılmıştır. Din görevlilerinin kendi çalışma arkadaşları ile kendilerini bir
topluluk olarak hissetmelerinde liderin otantik özellik sergilemesinin etkisi
araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda liderin öz farkındalık özelliğinin yüksek
olması din görevlilerinin topluluk hissi oluşturmasında etkili olduğu sonucuna
varılmıştır.
