İKİ AŞAMALI STRATEJİK TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİNİN BULANIK TOPSIS YÖNTEMİ İLE ANALİZİ

Öz

It is very important decision for businesses to select supplier by a long-term cooperation way. Today’s competition environment, making this desicion in groups show importance in terms of decision makers evoluation. For this reason fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions) method which is one of the multi-criteria decision making methods, is used in this study. Fort his purpose, one of the biggest Turkish furniture companies’ suppliers are evaluated by fuzzy Topsis method to determine which supplier should be selected for cooperation. As a result of the study, Three suppliers are selected and ranking of them are determined as Supplier 1, Supplier 3 and Supplier 2

Öz

İşletmeler açısından tedarikçi seçiminin uzun süreli işbirliği içinde olması son derece önemli bir karardır. Günümüz rekabet ortamında bu kararın verilmesi işletmede karar sahibi olan kişilerin grupça değerlendirmesi bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden biri olan bulanık TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions) yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren bir mobilya fabrikasının mevcut tedarikçilerinin değerlendirmesi yapılarak, hangi tedarikçileri ile işbirliği içinde olacağı bulanık TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda işletmenin belirlediği üç tedarikçisinin yakınlık indeksi bakımından sırası tedarikçi 1, tedarikçi 3 ve tedarikçi 2 şeklinde olduğu analizler sonucunda tespit edilmiştir
