Land value increases associated with increased migration and industrialization, as a result, the city plans are made as income based and the residential gardens which are the basic building blocks of environmental sustainability are minimized or completely eliminated in this system.
In this study, the variation of prices in the housing market has been attempted to be determined depending on houses which have landscape equipment elements in different sizes and qualities. The study has been conducted in 3 phases in Kilis Beşevler District. In the first phase of the study, by determining the existing housing features, a suitable housing which can represent all of the study has been chosen. In the second phase, the prices that individuals are willing to pay extra, in the case that the houses have different utilization characteristics and landscape equipment elements, are determined by the survey. In the last phase, the data obtained are evaluated through statistical analysis in order to determine the relationship between landscape equipment elements and housing pricing, and the price increase in the event that the houses have green spaces in different sizes and functions. According to the results of analysis, it is determined that there is a direct correlation between green space elements with housing, and the housing recipients are willing to increase in price parallel to green space size and the amount of equipment elements.
