ENDÜSTRİYEL BÖLGELERDE SOSYAL SERMAYE VE GÜVEN: ÜÇÜNCÜ İTALYA ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

1970’li yılların ortalarından itibaren endüstriyel bölgelerin gelişmesinde sosyo-kültürel yapının etkileri tartışılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, sosyal sermaye ve güven arasındaki ilişkiler önem kazanmıştır. Güven ve sosyal sermaye arasındaki ilişkiler, oldukça etkili ve çok yönlüdür. Bu çalışma, bu ilişkilerin “Üçüncü İtalya” daki endüstriyel bölgelerin kalkınma sürecinde oynadığı rolleri üzerinde durur. Çalışmadan çıkan temel sonuç, Birinci ve Üçüncü İtalya’nın İkinci İtalya’ya göre daha yüksek sosyal sermaye ve güven düzeyine sahip olmasıdır. Buna bağlı olarak, ekonomik gelişmenin bu bölgelerde daha güçlü olduğu söylenebilir

Öz

The effects of socio-cultural structure on the development of industrial districts have been discussed since the middle of 1970s. In this context, the interactions between social capital and trust have become an important issue. The interactions between social capital and trust are very effective and multi-dimensional. This study dwells upon the roles of those interactions in the development process of industrial districts in “Third Italy”. It can be primarily deduced from this study that First and Third Italy are on higher levels than Second Italy from the perspective of social capital and trust. Thus, it can be well said that economic development is relatively stronger in those regions
