This research was conducted to determine the effects of green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) Seeds powder as a trout feed supplement on the immune response and disease resistance against Aeromonas hydrophila in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). For this purpose, the fish were fed with tea (Camellia sinensis L.) seeds powder supplemented diet. Three different fish groups (negative control, positive control and trial group) were formed, and each group was two replicated. Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fingerling (10 ±0,12g) obtains from research center were placed tanks (10 fish in each tank). Negative control group was established with fish normal diets were fed and not given the bacteria. For the positive control group were used in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fingerling normal diets were fed and given the bacteria. Trial group was established with rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fingerling were fed with green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) seeds powder supplement diet and given the bacteria. Because of Aeromonas hydrophila symptoms of disease weren’t seen in trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fingerlings which were fed with green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) seeds powder supplement diet during ten days. While mortality was not seen innegative control group, was seen in positive control group as 40%. Results from this study confirmed the potential use of green tea (Camellia sinensis l.) seeds as a 10% feed additive for prevention of disease against Aeromonas hydrophila infection in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fingerling culture
