Yapılı Çevrede Görünmeyen Riskler: Mekânsal Adalet ve Afet Dayanıklılığı İlişkisi

Öz

Bu makale, afet risklerinin yalnızca fiziksel tehlikelerle değil, toplumsal eşitsizlik ve mekânsal adaletsizliklerle iç içe geçtiği varsayımından hareketle görünmeyen riskleri tartışmaktadır. Literatüre dayalı nitel içerik ve kavramsal analiz yöntemiyle, literatürde yer alan saha çalışmaları incelenmiştir. Sosyal kırılganlık, şehir hakkı, mekânsal adalet ve dirençlilik kavramları üzerinden yapılan çözümleme, afet kaynaklı eşitsizliklerin nasıl derinleştiğini göstermektedir. Çalışma, afet yönetiminde adalet temelli bir bakış açısı sunmaktadır.
