Turkish management culture research was analyzed on 17.04.2023. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there were a total of 490 articles in the literature. It was observed that the articles on the subject covered the years 1993-2023 and a total of 1369 authors conducted research. It was observed that the annual growth rate of research was 2.34%, and most citations were made in 2011 and article was published in 2020. As a result, the words that the authors emphasize most in their research are listed as; Türkiye, culture, organizational culture, management, leadership, job satisfaction, collectivism, innovation, knowledge management, and intercultural.
