Yenilikçi Toplu Ulaştırma ve Bu Bağlamda Sıklık Hizmet Parametresinin İncelenmesi

Öz

Teknolojik gelişim paralelinde ulaştırmada hızlı değişimler kaydedilmektedir. İçinde bulunduğumuz çağda ulaştırmada kentleşme, dijitalleşme ve sürdürülebilirlik önemli etkilere sahip olacaktır. Söz konusu unsur ve süreçlerin toplamı ise büyüyen kentli nüfusun etkin ve verimli ulaştırma talebini tetikleyecek olup bu da toplu ulaştırma hizmet parametrelerini ve yeniden teşekkül süreçlerini doğrudan etkileyecektir. Bu bağlamda yüksek hızlı ve yüksek kapasiteli toplu ulaştırma talebi özellikle büyük kentlerde önemli bir fenomene dönüşme emarelerini göstermeye başlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak kent ve ulaşım ilişkisi toplu ulaştırma merkezli olarak açıklanmış olup ardından sıklık konusuna değinilmiştir. Akabinde ise sıklık optimizasyonu ile ilgili çalışmalar, arz talep ilişkileri ve ilgili modeller detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda da son olarak sonuç ve öneriler paylaşılmıştır.

Analyse of Innovative Mass Transport and Punctuality Service Parameter on This Context

Öz

On the parallel of technological advancement, rapid changes are recorded in transportation. In this century, urbanization, digitalization and sustainability will have important effects on transport. Whole of these mentioned parameters and phases will trigger demand of effective and efficient transport of largening urban population that is going to affect directly to mass transport service parameters and reform aspects. In this context high speed and high capacity mass transport demand begin to transform a big phenomenon especially on big cities. In this paper firstly city and transportation relation is expressed in the center of mass transport and then punctuality is mentioned. After these punctuality optimization related studies, supply demand concepts and related models are reviewed in detail. In this frame, conclusions are shared.
