El Dezenfektanlarının Antibakteriyel ve İrritasyon Etkinliklerinin Araştırılması

Öz

Çalışmamızda el dezenfektanları için formüle edilmiş sıvı ve sprey ürünlerinin virüs, bakteri, mantar üzerindeki etkinlikleri ile iritasyon değerlendirilmesindeki sonuçları paylaşılmıştır. Pandemi sonrasında yüksek dozlarda dezenfektan kullanımı ile birlikte cilt üzerindeki tahribatlar incelendiğinde, bakterisidal ve virsüdal etkinliklerin yanı sıra en büyük parametre olarak iritasyon kriteri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu makale alkol bazlı el dezenfektanlarının doğru bir formülasyonla ciltte iritasyon sorununu minumum değerlere indirdiğini göstermektedir.

Investigation of Antibacterial and Irritation Effectiveness for Hand Disinfectants

Öz

In our study, liquid and spray hand disinfectant products have been investigated to effectiveness of viruses, bacteria, fungi and the results of irritation evaluation are shared. After the pandemic, high doses of disinfectant consumption that cause of over the destruction on skin in addition to bactericidal and viral activities, criterion was emphasized as the biggest parameter. This article shows that alcohol-based hand disinfectant can minimize skin irritation with the right formulation.
