The aim of this research is to determine of importance of social business networks, and specially LinkendIn which is the new internet based career development social business networks that is designed the use of professional for office workers, employees and employers, and it is importance for educators, students and office workers career development in the study field of office management and secreterial. possibility of career and business development. In LinkedIn sample which details are given in this study, it has been shown that the first social business network opened to the public, and estabilished to introduce of companies themselves and these companies used it for find qualified individuals, introduce of employees who are looking for work, and it has more career and business oriented social business network. Briefly, in this research agreed judgement that social business networks and specially LinkedIn social business network has taken place as an important career development environment for individuals, became widespread usage, increased functionality, and presented significant opportunities for companies in additon to individuals in terms of career and business development in current relational society.
