The effect of mobbing on job performance is examined in this research, which is carried out considering the relationship between "Mobbing in the Private Health Sector and Job Performance". The aim of this study is to understand the concept of intimidation, to understand the causes and consequences of the phenomenon and to demonstrate its effect on job performance together with demographic variables. The research was carried out on nurses working actively in the private health sector. The survey was conducted with 225 employees and a full return was provided from 200 employees. The scale developed by Laleoğlu and Özmete (2013) was used to measure the perception of mobbing, and the scale developed by Kirkman and Rosen (1999) was used to measure the perception of individual work performance. While examining the effect of mobbing on job performance, multiple regression analysis was performed. While examining the effect of demographic variables on job performance, t test, variance analysis, Kruskal Wallis test were used. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that mobbing has an effect on job performance. In the literature, there are studies examining the effect between mobbing and job performance. Although these studies are qualitative studies, they confirm the basic hypothesis. In this study, the effects of mobbing between sub-dimensions and job performance are examined. It is concluded that the sub-dimension of mobbing has a negative effect on job performance.
