The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational cynicism levels and individual performances of the employees working in the education sector. Within the scope of the field research, questionnaire forms consisting of three sections have been distributed electronically to 150 employees working in the education sector. There are demographic variables, organizational cynicism scale and the individual performance scale in the first, second and third part of the questionnaires. The data obtained from the surveys have been evaluated and interpreted through SPSS 21 and Excel 2016 programs. Reliability, normality and factor analyzes have been made to the data at the application stage, and finally, the correlation table has been created and the relationships between independent and dependent variables have been examined. According to the research findings; It has been determined that organizational cynicism and all its sub-dimensions have a negative and significant relationship with individual performance. The research is thought to contribute to the solution of the organizational cynicism problem frequently seen in organizations and to reduce the negative effects of organizational cynicism on individual performance.
