Öz

Dilin kökenine dair birbirinden farklı birçok teori olmakla birlikte, öncelikle dilin insanlar arası iletişim, ifade en önemlisi de anlam taşıyıcı olduğunu belirtmekte yarar vardır. Bundan dolayı toplumun birlikte yaşayabilmesi, kendi kendini koruyup geliştirmesi açısından dilin etkileri konusunda geçmişten günümüze birçok filozof ve düşünür çeşitli incelemeler yapmışlardır. Dil felsefesinde tartışılan başlıca konular anlam, gönderge, düşünce-dil ilişkisi söz edimleri belirli betimlemeler gibi konulardan bahsedilebilir. Dil hususunda ele alınan en önemli konuların başında da anlam konusu gelmektedir. Dilde yer alan ifadelerin bir bütün olarak ifade ettiği anlamın mahiyeti, göreceliği, neliği ve anlama ait birçok husus değerlendirildiğinde anlamın bir “problem” olarak karşımıza çıktığı görülmektedir. Çalışmamızda anlam problemi Kant, Frege ve Wittgenstein ’in düşünceleri çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Seçilen bu üç ismin birbirine benzer ve farklı yönlerden anlam problemine dair geliştirdikleri fikirler sunulurken, öncesinde felsefi literatürde anlam’ın çerçevesi çizilmeye çalışılmış, ardından görüş ve teoriler literatürde yer alan çeşitli örneklerle birlikte sunulmuştur.

KANT – ON THE PROBLEM OF MEANING IN FREGE AND WITTGENSTEIN

Öz

Although there are many different theories about the origin of language, it is worth noting that language is primarily a means of communication between people, and most importantly, a carrier of meaning. For this reason, many philosophers and thinkers have made various studies from the past to the present on the effects of language in terms of society's ability to live together and protect and develop itself. The main topics discussed in the philosophy of language can be mentioned such as meaning, referent, thought-language relationship, speech acts, specific descriptions. One of the most important issues in language is the subject of meaning. When the nature, relativity, nature of the meaning expressed as a whole by the expressions in the language and many aspects of the meaning are evaluated, it is seen that the meaning emerges as a "problem". In our study, the problem of meaning is handled within the framework of the thoughts of Kant, Frege and Wittgenstein. While the ideas that these three selected names developed on the problem of meaning from similar and different aspects were presented, the framework of meaning in the philosophical literature was tried to be drawn beforehand, and then the views and theories were presented with various examples.
