In this research the effects of organizational and social support on work/family conflict are evaluated. The direct and indirect effects of social and organizational support on life satisfaction are also evaluated. The Research was conducted on the nurses who work over nights frequently. Nurses have great potential for work-family conflict because of night works. The results indicate that there is a negative relationship between organizational support and work-family conflict. It is also shown that organizational and social support has a positive relationship with life satisfaction. In addition, there is a negative relationship between work/family conflict and life satisfaction
