ÖRGÜTSEL DESTEK ALGISININ YAPICI SAPKIN DAVRANIŞLAR ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE ÖZYETERLİĞİN DÜZENLEYİCİ ROLÜ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların algıladığı örgütsel desteğin yapıcı sapkın işyeri davranışları üzerinde etkili olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Ayrıca, örgütsel destek algısı ile yapıcı sapkın işyeri davranışları arasındaki ilişkide öz yeterliğin rolü de çalışma kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri toplam 301 özel banka çalışanından elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, algılanan örgütsel desteğin yapıcı sapkın işyeri davranışlarının her bir boyutu üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca, algılanan örgütsel desteğin sadece kişiler arası yapıcı sapkın iş yeri davranışları üzerindeki etkisinde öz yeterliliğin düzenleyici bir rolünün olduğu belirlenmiştir.
