Öz

İnsanlar arasındaki sosyal etkileşimin gözlenebileceği bağlamlardan biri gündelik konuşmalardır. Gündelik konuşmalarda kişiler konum alır ve diğerini konumlandırırlar. Konumlandırma sürecinin temel kaynaklarından biri iktidar paylaşımıdır. Bu çalışmada kurumsal statüsü nedeniyle (üniversite ve fabrika kurumlarında) farklı düzeylerde iktidar kurma hakkına ve alanına sahip kişiler arasındaki iktidar paylaşımı, konuşmanın sıra-alış yapısı içinde iktidar paylaşımı araçları (söz kesme, söze aynı anda başlama ve uzun sıra alma girişimleri) temelinde incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada bu araçların farklı statülerdeki bütün katılımcılar tarafından seyrek kullanıldığı ve iktidar kurma eylemlerinin başarılı olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Katılımcılar bu girişimleri iktidar kurma bağlamında değerlendirmemiş, kendi söz haklarını kullanmayı sürdürmüş ve sıra-alışlarda düzenliliği korumuşlardır. Konumlandırma içerikleri incelendiğinde ise açık bir iktidar paylaşımı gözlenmemiştir. Bulguların kültüre özgülüğü tartışılmıştır
