Dönüşümcü Liderlik Üzerine Yapılan Çalışmaların Bibliyometrik Analizi

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Web of Science veri tabanında dönüşümcü liderlik ile ilgili yayımlanan makalelerin, bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Türkiye ve dünya üzerinde yayımlanan makaleler atıf, yazar, kurum ve ülke olarak incelenmiştir. Web of Sicience veri tabanına göre Türkiye’de dönüşümcü liderlik ile alakalı makaleler 2007 yılında, dünyada ise 1989 yılında yayımlanmaya başlamıştır. Türkiye’de 58 Dünyada ise 1139 makale incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda en fazla makalenin hem ulusal hem de uluslararası düzeyde 2024 yılında yayımlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ulusal düzeyde en çok atıf alan makalenin Karacabey, Bellibaş, ve Adams (2022) tarafından yazıldığı, uluslararası düzeyde ise Robinson, Lloyd ve Rowe (2008) tarafından yazıldığı belirlenmiştir. En etkili yazar analizinde ise ulusal düzeyde Mahmut Polatcan, uluslararası düzeyde de Geert Devos tespit edilmiştir. En etkili kurum analizinde ise ulusal düzeyde Karabük Üniversitesi, uluslararası düzeyde Jeruselam Hebrew Üniversitesi en etkili kurumlar olarak belirlenmiştir. Dünya üzerinde en çok çalışma yapılan ülke olarak Amerika Birleşik Devletleri belirlenmiştir.

Bibliometric Analysis of Research on Transformational Leadership

Öz

This study aimed to examine the articles published on transformational leadership in the Web of Science database using the bibliometric analysis method. The research focused on publications from both Turkey and around the world, analyzing them in terms of citations, authors, institutions, and countries. According to the Web of Science database, articles related to transformational leadership began to be published in Turkey in 2007, while globally, the first publications appeared in 1989. A total of 58 articles from Turkey and 1,139 articles from around the world were analyzed. As a result of this analysis, it was found that the highest number of publications at both national and international levels occurred in 2024. The most cited national article was written by Karacabey, Bellibaş, and Adams (2022), while the most cited international article was authored by Robinson, Lloyd, and Rowe (2008). In terms of the most influential authors, Mahmut Polatcan was identified at the national level, whereas Geert Devos was the most prominent internationally. Regarding institutional impact, Karabük University was the leading institution in Turkey, while the Hebrew University of Jerusalem stood out at the global level. The United States was identified as the country with the highest number of studies on transformational leadership worldwide.
