Bu derlemenin amacı, akıllı telefon aracılığıyla gönderilen sağlıklı beslenme ve fiziksel aktivite yaşam tarzı kısa mesaj girişimlerinin gebelikte kilo yönetiminde kullanımını literatür doğrultusunda incelemektir.
Obez kadınların %60’ı, aşırı kilolu kadınların %68’i ve gebelerin %50’si uygun kilo alım aralığını aşmaktadır.

The aim of this review is to examine the use of healthy nutrition and physicalactivity life style text message interventions sent via smartphone in weight management in pregnancy in line with the literature 60% of obese women, 68% of over weight women, and 50% of pregnant women exceed the appropriate weight gain range. It is known that pregnant women have a smartphone and use the internet actively. There are studies that internet-based text message attempts on smartphones for excessive gestational weightgain reduce weightgain in pregnant women. However, the results of studies that did not affect weightgain are also available in the literature. It is thought that the frequency of sending messages is very important when planning interventions on the subject, phonecalls should be included, and applications that can establish two-way communication will be more effective in pregnant women. Studies on smartphone text message attempts to prevent excessive gestational weight gain are insufficient. It is recommended that nurses take an active role in this issue, more studies should be conducted on the subject, and pregnant women should be supported by telephone calls.
