Kobayda (Cavia Porcellos)Diaphragma'nın Makro Anatomisi

Öz

Hıfzısıhha Enstitüsü Serum Çiftliği 'nden temin edilen 7 adet 3 aylık, 11 adet ergin toplam 18 adet (10 erkek, 8 dişi) kobayda diaphragrna makro-anatomik ve subgros olarak incelendi. Diaphragrna'nın kassel bölümünün pars lumbalis'ini oluşturan crus dextrum'un 1. -4., crus sinistrum lateraleve merliale'nin 1.-2. bel omudanndan orijinaldığı saptandı. Pars costalis'in 6. -12 . costa'lann medial yüzünden, pars stemalis'in de cartilago xiphoidea ile processus xiphoideus'un birleşme yerinin iç yüzünden aynidığı gözlendi. Alan bakımından kassel kısımdan daha geniş bir yüzeyi kaplayan centrum tendineuro 'um "V" harfi şeklinde olduğu ve sağ tarafta foramen venae cavae tarafından delindiği görüldü. C rus dextrum, crus sinistrum lateraleve mediale ile son sırt ve ilk iki bel omuruİıun ventral'i . · tarafından oluşturulan hiatus aorticus'tan, aorta, vena azygos dextra ve ductus thoracicus 'un, c rus dextrum ve c rus sinirstrum 'un şekillendirdiği hiatus esophageus'tan da esophagus 'la birlikte truncus vagalis dorsalis ve truncus vagalis ventralis'in geçtiği saptandı. Venae cavae caudalis'in ise centrum tendineuro üzerindeki forarn en venae cavae 'dan geçtiği görüldü. Ergin kabaylarda cupula diaphragrnatis' in daha belirgin olduğu saptandı.

Macro Anatomy Of Diaphram In Guinea Pig (Cavia Porcellus)

Öz

Diaphragrn has been examined macroanatomically ·and subgrossly in the eighteen guinea pigs (n: 10 male, 8 female) obtained from the Hıfzıssıha Institute Serum Farm. The guinea pigs were 3 month- old (n:7) and adult (n: ll). It was detected that the right crus of lumbar portion of diaphragrn's peripheral muscle arose from first four lumbar vertebrae and the left crus divided laterally and medially which originated from fırst and second lumbar vertebrae. The costal part ofthe peripheral muscle took origin from inner surface ofthe 6 . -12 . ribs, and stemal part from the dorsal surface between the xiphoid cartilage and xiphoid process of stemum. The central tendon shaped "V" was larger than muscular periphery. The ca va! foramen located the right of median plane and on the central tendon. It was permiting to the transmission of caudal vena ca va. The aortic hiatus was present among the left lateral and medial crura and right crura, and last thoracic, first two lumbar vertebrae. The aorta, thoracic duct and azygos vein ~ere passing through the aortic hiatus. The esopiıageal hiatus was seen between right and left crura, and there were esophagus and dorsalventral vagal trunks in this hiatus. The cupula diaphragmatis was clear in the adult guinea pigs.Key words: Macro anatomy, Diaphragm, gulinea pig.
