In this article, I evaluate the logical foundations of 'slogan' in terms of knowledge and expression. Positive and negative aspects are analysed in the process of producing slogans in thought. There is a need for discovering the foundations of slogan in thought and for finding out its truth-value. Conceptual analysis of slogan, sloganisation of concepts is analysed. Foundations of thought and assumptions of slogan are critically evaluated in the thought processes. It is also discussed that how the power of slogan through its target and dynamic sturcture in aspect of logic and language becomes a tool I or an obstruction. Moreover, repititious cliches and proverbs and in relation to slogan and its role in learning process are considered.
