The Belt-Road Initiative, which was presented as a modernized version of the historical Silk Road, which lost its importance with the Geographical Discoveries, and emerged with the announcement of Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, has a great impact area with its routes created both on land and in the sea. The Initiative, the participating countries of economic, social, and cultural aspects offers several advantages and Turkey became a member of the Central Corridor is an initiative since the beginning of the country. In this study, first of all, the history of the Belt-Road, the project finances, the route branches, and the security concerns related to the project were discussed. After that the purpose of the project and that the participants in the Belt-Road advantages and disadvantages in terms of Turkey and other countries were discussed. Finally, in light of the findings, it was concluded by making some suggestions related to foreign policy.
