Ücret yönetimi kısa dönemde işletme verimliliğini, uzun dönemde işletme faaliyetlerinin devamını etkileyen önemli bir konudur. Bu ücretin hem personel hem de organizasyon açısından taşıdığı önemden kaynaklanmaktadır. Çalışanlar arasında dengeli bir ücret yapısı kurulmaz ise organizasyonda sürekli çatışma yaşanır. Dengeli bir ücret yapısının kurulması ise iş değerlendirme ile mümkündür. Bu çalışmada Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ile bir iş değerlendirme sistemi tasarlanmış ve geliştirilen sistem bir elektrik işletmesindeki farklı işlerin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılmıştır
