Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı çevrimiçi ortamda, öğrencilerin problem temelli işbirliğine dayalı çalışma yöntemini ve bireysel çalışma yöntemini kullanımları hakkındaki görüşlerini karşılaştırmaktır. Akdeniz bölgesindeki bir devlet üniversitesinde sekiz haftalık kurs kapsamında gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmaya 30 meslek yüksekokulu öğrencisi katılmıştır. Çalışmada kuram oluşturma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler görüşmeler ve yansı raporları ile toplanmıştır. Görüşmeler toplam 24 öğrenci ile dört farklı zamanda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yansı raporları ise 30 öğrenciden kurs sonunda toplanmıştır. Analizler açık kodlama, eksenel kodlama ve seçici kodlama ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin işbirliğine dayalı çalışma yöntemine ve bireysel çalışma yöntemine katılımını etkileyen üç ana faktör olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu değişkenler içten dışa doğru; kişisel yaklaşımlar, oluşan değişiklikler ve ortama bağlı özelliklerdir. Bu değişkenlerin her birinin, doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak alt katmanını etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
