C reaktif protein düzeylerinin farklı cihazlar ve yöntemlerle karşılaştırılması

Öz

Amaç: C-reaktif protein CRP ; inflamatuvar hastalıklarda, kardiyovasküler olaylarda, travma ve inflamasyonla ilişkili bir çok durumda belirteç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada farklı cihazlar ile immunnefelometrik ve immunturbidimetrik yöntemler karşılaştırılmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: BN II System Siemens Diagnostics, Germany ’de rutin olarak çalışılan 150 CRP numunesi 4 düzey 10 mg/L oluşturularak çalışmaya alındı. Tüm numuneler Immage 800, Architect c16000, Beckman AU680, Cobas C501 cihazlarında çalışıldı.Bulgular: İkili grup olarak immunnefelometrik BN II System ve Immage 800 cihazlarındaki CRP sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında aralarında anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır p

Comparison of c reactive protein levels with different devices and methods

Objective: C-reactive protein CRP is used as a marker in inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular events, and many cases associated with trauma and inflammation. In this study, different devices and immunonephelometric and immunoturbidimetric method were compared.Material and Methods: Routinely studied 150 CRP samples in BN II System Siemens, Germany were included into the study by forming 4 level 10 mg/L .
