The aim of this study was to
assess the concentration of cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), chromium
(Cr), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni) and zinc (Zn) in
various fruits and vegetables sold in Aydın. These trace elements were
determined by inductively coupled plasma optic emission spectrometry (ICP OES).
The concentration range of the investigated elements were
0-0.27 µg/g, 0–0.40 µg/g, 3.23–25.05 µg/g, 0–0.33 µg/g,
7.35–554.86 µg/g, 0–2.19 µg/g, 0–58.34 µg/g, 1.03–16.84 µg/g, 4.02–48.55
µg/g for cadmium, cobalt, copper,
chromium, iron, lead, manganese, nickel, and zinc, respectively. The accuracy
of the method was determined by using of a standard reference material
(lyophilised brown bread-BCR 191). The determined values were in agreement with
the certified reference values.

sebzelerde kadmiyum (Cd), kobalt (Co), bakır (Cu), krom (Cr), demir (Fe),
kurşun (Pb), mangan (Mn), nikel (Ni) ve çinko (Zn) derişimini
değerlendirmektir. Bu eser elementler indüktif eşleşmiş plazma optik emisyon
spektrometrisi (ICP OES) ile tayin edildi. İncelenen elementlerin derişim
aralığı, kadmiyum, kobalt, bakır, krom, demir, kurşun, mangan, nikel ve çinko
için sırasıyla 0-0.27 µg/g, 0–0.40 µg/g, 3.23–25.05 µg/g, 0–0.33 µg/g,
7.35–554.86 µg/g, 0–2.19 µg/g, 0–58.34 µg/g, 1.03–16.84 µg/g, 4.02–48.55
µg/g’dır.
Metodun doğruluğu standart
referans madde (liyofilize edilmiş esmer ekmek-BCR 191) kullanılarak tayin
edildi. Bulunan değerler sertifikalı referans değerler ile uyumludur.
