Listeria monocytogenes & Listeriozis

Öz

L. monocytogenes geniş ölçüde çevreye yayılmış ve pek çok gıdadan izole edilebilen, insanlar için önemli gıda kaynaklı bir patojendir. Listeriozis insanlarda oldukça yüksek oranlarda ölümlere neden olmakta ve genellikle gebelerde, yeni doğanlarda ve bağışıklık sistemleri zayıf kişilerde etkili olmaktadır.

Listeria monocytogenes &Listeriosis (Turkish with English Abstract)

Öz

L. monocytogenes is an important human food-borne pathogen that is widely distributed throughout the environment and that can be isolated from many food products. In human listeriosis there is high rate of mortality and disease is largely confined to pregnant women, neonates and patients with underlying immunosupresion.
