SU ve SU ÜRÜNLERİNDE VİBRİO VULNİFİCUS ve HALK SAĞLIĞI AÇISINDAN OLUŞTURDUĞU RİSKLER

Öz

Vibrio vulnificus kontamine deniz sularıyla ve su ürünlerinin tüketimi ile insanlarda oldukçî ciddi ve sıklıkla öldürücü enfeksiyonlara neden olan bir bakteridir. Vibrio vulnificus enfeksiyonları,çij yada yeterli ısıl işlem görmemiş kabuklu deniz ürünlerinin tüketimi ile invazif septisemiye nedeı
olarak meydana gelir. Mikroorganizma kontamine deniz suları ve deniz kabuklularının işlenmes sırasında meydana gelen temas ile açık yara enfeksiyonlarının şekillenmesine de neden olabilir
