TARIMDA VE GIDADA NANOTEKNOLOJİ

Öz

Nanoteknolojik gelişmelerin ortaya çıkışı ve nanoaygıtların/nanomateryallerin kullanılmaya başlanması, tarım ve gıda sektöründe yeni uygulamaları beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu sektörlerde karşılaşılan problemlerin çözümü için akıllı salım sistemleri, akıllı biyosensörler, nanoarrayler, ambalaj materyalleri ve nanonutrasetikler tasarlanmaya başlanmıştır. Nanopartiküller karakteristik özelliklerinden dolayı hücreyi geçebilir veya direk olarak akciğerler yoluyla kan dolaşımına girebilirler ve tüm organlara ulaşabililirler. Bu yüzden kendilerinden
büyük materyallere göre çok daha tehlikeli olabilirler. Tarım ve gıdada nanoteknolojik gelişmelerin uygulanmasının yanında, riskli nanomateryaller ve toksisite ile ilgili düzenlemeler de dikkatle göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
