The aim of this survey is to determine the connection between high school managers’ ethic leadership characteristics and organizational trust percepstions. In this context, the universe of the research is consisted of of 1828 teachers working in the borders of Van. And the sampling of the research is 311 teachers working in high scools which are connected to National Education Ministry. “teachers’ opinion scales about ethic leadership characteristics of school managers” were used to determine the ethic leadership levels of school managers. In the end, it was found that, the working principals of school is not created good enough, and enough and on time information is not provided to the teachers. Additionally, it was also found that, characteristics such as; being fair, neutral, honest and reliable has a huge affect on the respect that is paid to them.
