Girişimcilikten Girişimci Liderliğe

Öz

Girişimci, insan ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere üretim faktörlerini bir araya getirerek kar elde etmek amacıyla bir ürün ya da hizmet sunan kişidir. Girişimci, insan ihtiyacını giderecek girişimcilik niyetinin yanı sıra, değer yaratma ve kar elde etme sürecindeki tüm faaliyetleri, planlayan, örgütleyen ve yöneten bireydir. Rekabetin hâkim olduğu günümüz iş dünyasında girişimcilik ise her geçen gün daha önemli hale gelmektedir. 21. yüzyıl ana akımlarından değişim ve dönüşüm, girişimciliğin toplumsal ve örgütsel gelişim için gerekli bir unsur olduğunu ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Dijitalleşme, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları, belirsizlik, konjonktürel dalgalanmalar girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı sağlama sürecindeki önemini etkileyen faktörlerdir. Çağın gerektirdiği çevresel faktörleri göz önünde bulundurarak örgütleri yönlendiren, çalışanları örgütsel amaçlar etrafında birleştirerek yenilikçi faaliyetleri teşvik eden liderlik ise girişimci liderlik olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda girişimci liderlik, günümüzün yenilik, dijitalleşme, dönüşüm odaklı rekabet ortamında sürdürülebilir olmak isteyen girişimler için vazgeçilmez bir unsurdur. Girişimci liderler, hem yeni kurulacak örgütlerin hem de mevcut olan kurumların girişimcilik temelli gelişimlerinde faaliyetleri hayata geçiren kişilerdir. Bu çalışmada ise literatür doğrultusunda girişimcilik kavramından yola çıkılmış, girişimci ve özellikleri ele alınmış ve girişimci liderlik tartışılmıştır.
