After toilet mastectomy performed in locally advanced breast cancer cases where palliative interventions such as ulceration, necrosis and bleeding , primary non-closable mastectomy defects can be treated with local flaps or skin grafts. In this study, we aimed to present the patient with the literature that we did salvage mastectomy and did not primarily close the resulting tissue defect, we did the reconstruction with Rhomboid flep. Rhomboid flep can close a relatively large skin defect and good cosmetic results. Therefore, it is more advantageous than other methods in closing defects after resection of metastatic malignant breast tumor.
