The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the mobbing behaviors and teachers’ descriptions of parents and whether the parent induced mobbing behaviors that pre-school teachers are exposed to and teachers’ descriptions of parents change according to a number of varieties. This research which is based on a relational screening model discusses the issues of mobbing behaviors of parents towards teachers and teachers’ perceptions of the parents and attitudes towards the parents. The study group is consisted of 192 preschool teachers who worked at state and private schools in Çanakkale in 2016-2017 academic year. In accordance with the purpose of the study, which is based on the relational screening model, to collect the data a questionnaire was developed. To analyze the data among parametric techniques marital status, educational status, for school type varieties unpaired t- test, and for the analyses concerning year of experience One –Way analysis of Variances (ANOVA) were used. As a result of the research, while there is a significant difference in terms of marital status variables in the levels of mobbing behaviors which teachers were exposed to, there aren’t any significant differences according to the school type and year of experience. According to the exposure degree of mobbing behaviors of preschool teachers are sequenced as the attacks on; 1. Social Relationships, 2. The Life Quality of Individuals and Professional Status, 3. Targeting Self Esteem and Means of Communication 4.Individual’s Reputation 5. Individual’s Health. It can be suggested in consideration of the results of the present research that it is crucial to explain properly to the society the significance and necessity of early childhood education and preschool teachers. Accordingly, it would be possible for the parents to develop positive attitudes towards preschool education and preschool teachers. It is imperative that teachers should be well trained and well prepared to cope with mobbing behaviors and related incidences.
