This study was conducted in order to determine
the relationship between organizational strategies and corporate
entrepreneurial behaviors and the effects of both on organizational
performance. For this purpose, a hierarchical regression analysis was executed
on the data collected from 121 managers who work in some manufacturing industry
firms operating in Turkey. Results of the hierarchical regression analysis
showed that organizations' strategy types have effects on corporate
entrepreneurship behaviors and financial performance. In addition to this, it
was found that corporate entrepreneurship behaviors had significant effects on
financial performance. In this context, the relations revealed in the light of
theoretical background are generally supported. All these results were
discussed in the light of the findings in the literature.

Bu
çalışma, örgütlerin stratejileri ve kurumsal girişimcilik davranışları
arasındaki ilişkiyi ve her ikisinin örgüt performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin
ortaya çıkarılması amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu maksatla Türkiye’de faaliyet
gösteren bazı imalat sanayi firmalarından çeşitli kademelerde çalışan 121
yöneticiden anket tekniği ile toplanan veriler hiyerarşik regresyon analizine
tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan hiyerarşik regresyon analizi neticesinde elde edilen
bulgular incelendiğinde, örgütlerin strateji tiplerinin örgütlerin kurumsal
girişimcilik davranışları ile finansal performansı üzerinde etkileri olduğu
görülmüştür. Ayrıca, kurumsal girişimcilik davranışlarının örgütlerin finansal
performans değişkenini yordadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Bu kapsamda kuramsal
gerekçeler ışığında ortaya konulan ilişkiler genel olarak desteklenmiştir.
Araştırmada elde edilen tüm sonuçlar alan yazını bulguları ışığında tartışılmıştır.
