When implementing ergonomic design in manufacturing companies, not only the health of the employees but also the productivity and job satisfaction levels are taken into consideration. Productivity will increase by improving ergonomic conditions and increasing job satisfaction levels. In this study, job satisfaction levels and the scope of ergonomic elements were analyzed for this purpose. Questionnaire data obtained from 170 blue collar employees working in different production units of a production facility producing cable bundles operating in Kütahya were evaluated by independent t-test and Anova analysis. These analysis revealed differences in job satisfaction and ergonomic factors (environmental conditions, working hours and breaks, working area, work tools, and control elements, health and safety of employees) according to gender, age range, educational status, working time and the department. As a result of the study, a significant difference was found between the employees in terms of gender, age range, education level and department that they work. Considering the total time worked at the workplace, no significant difference was observed.
