The
aim of this study is to provide information in depth for the sector employees
and the researchers interested in outplacement. The article is a theoretical
evaluation. At first, a literature review is conducted deeply. Later, the
studies in Turkey over this topic are determined. Ten studies (five theses,
four articles, and one book chapter) are found and their topics, writers, and
publication dates and places are cited. Then, outputs are investigated after
the research. The
reason behind the limitation is to provide the point outplacement stands in
Turkey.
