Özel ve Devlet Okulu Öğrencilerinin Motor Gelişimlerin İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, devlet okulu
ve özel okulda okuyan öğrencilerinin temel motor gelişimleri bakımından bir
fark olup olmadığının araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya özel okula giden 175 (81
kız-94 erkek) ve devlet okuluna giden 162 (79 kız-83 erkek) olmak üzere toplam
337 öğrenci katılmıştır (152 öğrenci 7 yaş, 185 öğrenci 8 yaş). Ölçüm yöntemi
olarak temel motor özellikleri ölçmede yaygın olarak kullanılan TGMD-II Testi
uygulandı. İstatistik yöntem olarak öncelikle verilerin normal bir dağılıma
sahip olup olmadığını belirlemek için Shapiro Wilk testi uygulandı. Veriler
normal dağılıma sahip olduğu belirlendi ve Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi  uygulandı. Test sonuçları, özel okula giden
ve devlet okuluna giden öğrencilkerinin TGMD-II lokomotor test puanları
(p<0,05; p = 0,000) ve TGMD-II toplam test puanları (p<0,05; p =
0,005)  bakımından anlamlı bir fark
bulunmuştur. TGMD-II Obje kontrol test sonuçları (p> 0,05; p = 0,977)
bakımından anlamlı bir fark olmasa da Devlet okuluna giden öğrencilerin TGMD-II
test sonuçları Özel okula giden Öğrencilerden daha iyi bulunmuştur.

Investigation of Motor Developments in Private and State School Students

Öz

The
purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a difference in the
basic motor development of students in state and private schools. Total 337
children, participated in this study from state school (79 girl-83 boy) and
private school (81 girl-94 boy). The test of Gross Motor Development-II
(TGMD-II) which widely used to measure basic motor characteristics was applied
as measurement method.  As statistics
method, Firstly, to determine whether the data have a normal distribution,
Shapiro wilk normality tests was performed. After the data has determined as
normal distribution, Independent Samples T test was performed. At the result of
this Study a significant difference of TGMD-II Locomotor test (p<0,05; p =
0,000)  and Tmgd-II total test
(p<0,05; p = 0,005) results was found between the children who educated
private schools and educated state schools (p<0.05). The TGMD-II test
results of students who went to public school were found to be better than the
students who attended private study, although there was no significant
difference in TGMD-II object control test results (p> 0.05, p = 0.977).
