İŞ GÜVENCESİZLİĞİNİN ÖRGÜTSEL ALGILAR, AYRILAMA NİYETİ VE PERFORMANSA ETKİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR LİTERATÜR İNCELEMESİ

Öz

Gerek küresel ya da ulusal ekonomik dalgalanmalar, gerekse işletmelerin uyguladıkları küçülme, birleşme, satın alma gibi farklı stratejilere bağlı olarak, çalışanların işlerini kaybetme endişesi ya da iş ortamındaki olumsuz değişiklikler olarak tanımlanabilecek olan iş güvencesizliği algılamaları muhtemel bir sonuçtur. Bu algı doğal olarak hem çalışanlar hem de işletmeler açısından çeşitli sonuçlar doğuracaktır. Bu çalışmada iş güvencesizliği üzerine bir literatür incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öncelikle iş güvencesizliğinin tanımı, özellikleri ve boyutları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra iş güvencesizliğine karşı çalışanların gösterebilecekleri performans düşüklüğü, direnç ve ayrılma niyeti gibi tepkiler üzerinde durulmuştur. Son olarak literatürdeki çalışmaların sonuçları ele alınarak iş güvencesizliğinin örgütsel imaj ve destek algıları, işten ayrılma niyeti ve performans üzerindeki etkileri oraya koyulmuştur.
