People has found a society that can belong to themselves in every term of history; when they couldn't find, they created that history. Groups living in a society couldn't provide unity among each other, both society and individual are exposed to discrimination, exclusion, and marginalization in some cases. Differences in the individual or group have varied from society to society, but despite this, stigmatization and the resulting discrimination could not be prevented. It is known that as a result of personal or group-centered prejudices, friend-enemy discrimination occurs in society. It is possible to encounter such stigmatization and discrimination in the society where the Quran was revealed and in the past societies reported by this source. Within the framework of this distinction, in our study, individuals and groups stigmatized as enemies in the Qur'an, the reasons for this stigmatization, and the structural discrimination that occurs as a result of stigmatization are discussed. The stigma theory, which is an important theory in sociology, has been tried to be interpreted under the guidance of these verses that tell about the events that took place in the past, warn all people and shed light on the present. Although it is seen that there is a stigma as an enemy in the Qur'an, it has been emphasized that how merciful Allah is towards His servants, that the stigmatization is made as a warning, and that those who regret their actions and repent accept their repentance. Accordingly, it has been concluded that stigma is a corrective warning rather than discrimination and exclusion.
