Öz
Dysgerminomas account for %1-3 of all ovarian tumors and up to %30-40 off all germ cell malignancies. They tend to be diagnosed at an average of 22 years of age. A 24 year old patient with a complaint of abdominal distention was diagnosed wih dysgerminoma mass diameter of approximately 30 cm originating from the right ovary; in addition, the presence of metastatic paraaortic lymph nodes was noted during laparatomy. Right salpingooopherectomy, pelvic paraaortic lymph node dissection, left ovarian excisional biopsy, appendectomy and omentectomy was performed. The pathology result reported the tumor to be FIGO Stage IIIc. Post-operative chemotherapy treatment was started. We wanted to discuss the treatment and management of dysgerminoma with assisting paraaortic lymph nodes via the patient mentioned above accompanied by literature.

Öz
Disgerminomlar, over kanserlerinin %1-3 ünü ve tüm germ hücreli over tümörlerinin %30-40 ını oluştururlar. Ortalama görülme yaşı 22 dir. 24 yaşında karında şişlik şikayeti olan hastada sağ over kaynaklı paraaortik lenf nodu tutulumu olan yaklaşık 30 cm çapında dev disgerminom tespit edildi. Hastaya sağ salpingingoooferektomi, pelvik ve paraoartik lenf nodu diseksiyonu, sol over biyopsisi, apendektomi, omentektomi yapıldı. Patoloji sonucu FIGO Evre IIIc disgerminom olarak geldi. Hastaya kemoterapi tedavisine başlanıldı. Bu olgu ile paraaortik lenf nodu tutulumu ile seyreden disgerminomların tedavi ve yönetimini literatür eşliğinde sunmak istedik.
