As the world continues to change rapidly, curiosity is becoming an increasingly important skill for success. As curiosity fuels innovation, creativity and problem solving, it needs to be a fundamental skill that students need to develop. Therefore, education systems and teachers should prioritize nurturing a sense of curiosity in students, especially in a technology-driven world where there are endless opportunities for exploration and research. In this article; what curiosity is, why it is important, unknowns about curiosity, types of curiosity, curiosity in terms of neuroscience, and the relationship between education, learning and curiosity will be examined. It is hoped that this study will arouse the necessary interest and inspire future studies on curiosity.
