ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurship is a crucial driver of innovation, job creation, and social inclusion, making it an essential part of the economy and a key policy area. The "Better Entrepreneurship Policy Tool," developed by the OECD and the European Commission, evaluates the effectiveness of policies and programs designed to foster and support entrepreneurship. This tool helps stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem evaluate their inclusive entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship policies. This study aims to analyze the Better Entrepreneurship Policy Tool as a self-assessment tool for organizations.
