İnsan Kaynakları Analitiği Kavramına Özgü Bir Sistematik Derleme Çalışması

Öz

Bu çalışmada insan kaynakları yönetimi ve teknoloji alanlarını bir araya getiren İnsan Kaynakları Analitiği (İK Analitiği) kavramının literatürde İnsan Sermayesi Analitiği, İnsan Analitiği, İş Gücü Analitiği, Yetenek Analitiği, İK Metrikleri gibi farklı tanımlamalarla nasıl ele alındığını ortaya koymak amacıyla sistematik derleme çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Google Scholar ve Scopus veri tabanları kullanılarak yapılan araştırmada 1998-2023 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilen 180 makale incelenmiş olup kavramsal çerçeve, odak alanı, kullanılan analiz yöntemleri ve ülke bazlı dağılımlar incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma aracılığıyla İK Analitiği ile ilgili kavramsal bütünlük sağlanması öngörülmektedir.

A Systematic Review on the Concept of Human Resources Analytics

Öz

In this study, a systematic review was conducted to reveal how the concept of Human Resources Analytics (HR Analytics), which brings together the fields of human resources management and technology, is handled in the literature with different definitions such as Human Capital Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Talent Analytics, HR Metrics. In the research conducted using Google Scholar and Scopus databases, 180 articles between 1998 and 2023 were examined and the conceptual framework, focus area, analysis methods used and country-based distributions were examined. Through this study, it is envisaged to provide conceptual integrity regarding HR Analytics.
