Gaziantep’teki Hemşirelerin Hasta Güvenlik Kültürü Algısının Hasta Bakım Kalitesine Etkisi

Yıl 2024, Cilt: 9 Sayı: 1, 10 - 20, 30.06.2024

Öz

Bu araştırmada hasta güvenliği kültürü algısının değişkenleri olan takım iklimi, güvenlik iklimi, iş tatmini, stres algısı, yönetim algıları ve çalışma koşullarının hasta bakım kalitesi analiz edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda Gaziantep ilinde bulunan kamu ve özel hastanelerde görev yapan 339 hemşireden anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilen veriler, yapısal eşitlik modeli kurularak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; hasta güvenliği kültürü değişkeninin alt boyutlarından takım iklimini negatif, güvenlik iklimini pozitif, iş tatminini etkilemediği, yönetim algısı ve çalışma koşullarının hasta bakım kalitesine pozitif etki ettiği fakat stres algısının negatif etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

Yıl 2024, Cilt: 9 Sayı: 1, 10 - 20, 30.06.2024

Öz

In this study, patient care quality of team climate, safety climate, job satisfaction, stress perception, management perceptions and working conditions, which are the variables of patient safety culture perception, were analyzed. In this context, the data obtained from 339 nurses working in public and private hospitals in Gaziantep using the survey technique were analyzed by establishing a structural equation model. As a result of the research; It has been determined that the sub-dimensions of the patient safety culture variable, the team climate is negative, the safety climate is positive, it does not affect the job satisfaction, the perception of management and working conditions have a positive effect on the quality of patient care, but the perception of stress has a negative effect.
