The aim of this article is to reveal whether the possible effects of the barrier and usage dimensions of financial inclusion on the human development index and income per capital dimensions of economic development change with the mediating effect of FinTech's trust, reuse intention and sustainability dimensions. A survey was used as a data collection tool. The survey was prepared online and sent to undergraduate students via a link. 232 volunteer undergraduate students participated in the research. In the analysis of the data, demographic statistics, explanatory factor analysis (EFA), correlation and mediator analyze were performed according to the Bootstrap method. According to the findings of the research, it is seen that the direct effect of the barrier dimension of financial participation on the human development dimension of economic participation decreases with the mediating effect of FinTech dimensions, while the effect of economic participation on the income per capital dimension increases with the mediating effect of FinTech dimensions. Another finding of the research is that the direct effect of the usage dimension of financial participation on the human development dimension of economic participation decreases with the mediating effect of FinTech dimensions, and the effect of economic participation on the income per capital dimension decreases with the mediating effect of FinTech dimensions.

Verilerin analizinde demografik istatistikler, açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA), korelasyon ve Bootstrap yöntemine göre mediatör (aracı) analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; finansal katılımın bariyer boyutunun ekonomik katılımın insani gelişme boyutu üzerindeki doğrudan etkisinin FinTech boyutlarının aracı etkisiyle azaldığı, ekonomik katılımın sermaye başına gelir boyutu üzerindeki etkisinin FinTech boyutlarının aracı etkisiyle arttığı görülmektedir. Araştırmanın diğer bulgusu ise finansal katılımın kullanım boyutunun ekonomik katılımın insani gelişme boyutu üzerindeki doğrudan etkisinin FinTech boyutlarının aracı etkisiyle azaldığı, ekonomik katılımın sermaye başına gelir boyutu üzerindeki etkisinin FinTech boyutlarının aracı etkisiyle azaldığı şeklindedir.
