EMZİRME EĞİTİMİ HAKKINDA YAYIMLANAN YOUTUBE VİDEOLARININ ANALİZİ

Öz

Amaç: Çalışma emzirme başarısını artırmak için yayımlanan YouTube videolarının içerik, izlenme durumu ve eğitim veren kişiler açısından değerlendirilmesidir.
Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipte araştırmadır. Bilgisayar ortamında web tarama aracı kullanılarak “emzirme eğitimi”, “emzirme teknikleri”, “doğru emzirme”, “emzirme eğitimi” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama yapılmıştır. Tarama sonucunda çalışmanın evreninin 532 video oluşturmuştur. 38 video emzirme haftası haberleri ve marka tanıtımlarından, 104 video bebeğin emzirme harici ile ilgili konulardan, 25 video annenin emzirme döneminde karşılaştığı sorunlardan, 4 video emzirme danışmanlığı sertifika tanıtımından ve 303 video emzirme eğitiminin tamamen dışında paylaşılan videolardan oluşmuştur. Bu dışlanan videolardan sonra çalışmanın örneklemini 57 video oluşturmuştur. Elde edilen veriler frekans ve yüzde dağılım kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir.
Bulgular: Videoların içerikleri incelendiğinde en fazla (%63,2) emzirme eğitimi ve teknikleri olduğu görülmüştür. Emzirme eğitimi veren ve videoları yükleyenler incelendiğinde en fazla (%19,3) YouTuberların video yüklediği, daha sonrasında ise ebe (%15,8) ve doktorların (%17,5) bu sıralamayı izlediği görülmüştür. YouTuberların en fazla video yüklemelerine rağmen, ebelerin ve doktorların eğitmen olduğu videoların daha fazla beğeni, izlenme ve yorum aldığı görülmüştür.
Sonuç: Emzirme döneminde verilen online eğitim emzirme ve bebek beslenmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Verilen emzirme eğitiminin içeriği, eğitmenin eğitim düzeyi ve eğitimin anlatım şeklinin emzirme üzerinde etkili olduğu düşünülmektedir.

Analysis of Breastfeeding Education About YouTube Videos Published

Öz

Objective: The study is the evaluation of YouTube videos released to improve breastfeeding success from the point of view of content, viewing status, and education providers.
Method: It is descriptive type research. The computer was scanned using the keywords "breastfeeding training", "breastfeeding techniques", "correct breastfeeding", "breastfeeding training" using the web browsing tool. As a result of the scan, 532 videos of the universe of the study were created. It consists of 38 video breastfeeding week news and brand promotions, 104 video babies related to non-breastfeeding issues, 25 video mothers' problems encountered during breastfeeding, 4 video breastfeeding counseling certification promotion and 303 video breastfeeding training. After these excluded videos, 57 videos constituted the sample of the study. The data obtained were evaluated using frequency and percentage distribution.
Results: When the contents of the videos were examined, it was seen that breastfeeding education and techniques were the most (63.2%). When the ones who gave breastfeeding education and uploaded videos were examined, it was seen that the most (19.3%) YouTubers uploaded videos, and then the midwives (15.8%) and doctors (17.5%) followed this ranking. Despite the fact that YouTubers upload the most videos, it is seen that the videos that the midwives and doctors are instructors get more likes, views and comments.
Conclusion: Online education given during breastfeeding plays an important role in breastfeeding and infant nutrition. The content of the breastfeeding education given, the level of education of the trainer and the way of education is thought to be effective on breastfeeding.
