Öz
Türkiye’de son yıllarda e-ticaret, yeni ürünlere olan ilginin artması gibi nedenlerden dolayı lojistik sektöründe de iş yükü artmıştır. Ürünlerin üretim noktasından tüketim noktasına kadar ki sürecinde depolama, taşıma, stok yönetimi temel faaliyetleri yürütülmektedir. Taşımacılığın hem pandemi öncesinde hem de yaşamakta olduğumuz pandemi döneminde üretimin devam etmesi ve ihtiyaçların karşılanması için önemli bir faaliyet olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, taşımacılıkta sürekliliğin sağlanmasında önemli bir rolü olan şoförlerin çizelgelenmesi problemi ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan problemde, İstanbul merkezli çıkış noktasından 31 farklı varış noktasına haftanın altı günü sefer düzenleyen bir lojistik firması için şoför çizelgelemesi yapılmıştır. Şoförlerinin izin hakları, yasal sınırlar ve dengeli çalışma prensipleri göz önünde bulundurularak matematiksel programlama modeli kurulmuştur ve 150 şoför için aylık çalışma çizelgesi oluşturulmuştur.
