Genel İlkeler
Düzce Üniversitesi Journal of Women and Society Dergisi’ne değerlendirilmek üzere gönderilen tüm makaleler, yazım şablonuna ve burada belirtilen kurallara uygun olarak hazırlanmalıdır. Bu kurallara uymayan makaleler, yeniden düzenlenmek üzere yazara iade edilecektir.
Dergiye gönderilecek tüm makaleler APA 7. baskı yazım kurallarına uygun hazırlanmalıdır.
Makaleler Türkçe veya İngilizce dillerinde kabul edilmektedir.
- Makale uzunluğu 5.000–8.000 kelime arasında olmalıdır (özet, kaynakça, tablo ve görseller dahil).
- Makaleler özgün, başka bir dergide yayımlanmamış ve yayımlanmak üzere değerlendirilmemekte olan çalışmalar olmalıdır.
- Gönderilen tüm makaleler çift taraflı kör hakemlik süreci ile değerlendirilir.

Biçim ve Sayfa Düzeni
Yazı tipi: Cambria, 10 punto
Satır aralığı: Tek
Sayfa düzeni: A4 boyutu, kenar boşlukları her yandan 2,5 cm.
Paragraflar 1,25 cm içeriden girintili başlamalıdır.
Başlıklar numaralandırılmamalı, APA formatına uygun hiyerarşi izlenmelidir (1. düzey, 2. düzey, vb.).
Makale başlığı 12 punto, koyu ve italik olmalıdır.
Başlık ve Özet
- Makalenin başlığı 20 kelimeyi geçmeyecek şekilde Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak verilmelidir.
- Her makalede Türkçe ve İngilizce özet (150-250 kelime) ve 4-6 anahtar kelime bulunmalıdır.
- Özet bölümü çalışmanın konusu, amacı, yöntemi, bulguları ve sonucunu kısaca yansıtmalıdır.

Makale Gönderimi
- Makaleler derginin çevrimiçi sisteminden gönderilmelidir.
- Yazar(lar)ın unvan, kurum, ORCID ve iletişim bilgileri ayrı bir kapak sayfasında yer almalıdır.
- Kör hakemlik ilkesi gereği, ana dosyada yazar isimleri ve kimlik bilgileri bulunmamalıdır.
Yayın Etiği
- Dergi, COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standartlarını benimsemektedir.
- İntihal raporu sunulması talep edilebilir.
- Makalelerde etik kurul izni gerektiren çalışmalar için izin belgesi ibraz edilmelidir.

Tüm tablo, şekil ve görseller APA 7 kurallarına göre numaralandırılmalı ve başlıklandırılmalıdır.

40 kelimeden daha az alıntılar için, kelimelerin etrafına tırnak işaretleri ekleyerek alıntıyı biçimlendirmeden (italik vb) kendi metninize dahil edin. Orijinal kaynak bir üç nokta içermedikçe, alıntıların başına ve / veya sonuna üç nokta eklemeyin. Örnek:

DOI AND URL SHORTENERS
When a DOI or URL is long or complex, you may use shortDOIs or shortened URLs if desired.
Use the shortDOI service provided by the International DOI Foundation to create shortDOIs. A work can have only one DOI and only one shortDOI; the shortDOI service will either produce a new shortDOI for a work that has never had one or retrieve an existing shortDOI.
Some websites provide their own branded shortened URLs, and independent URL shortening services are available as well. Any shortened URL is acceptable in a reference as long as you check the link to ensure that it takes you to the correct location (https://tinyurl.com/; https://t.ly/).
